Gina Dubois

Gina Dubois has extensive work experience in various roles within the pharmaceutical and medical industries. Gina currently works as an Associate Director of Compliance at Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Dovetail Consulting Group, LLC, where they held the positions of Manager from March 2021 to September 2022 and Senior Associate from September 2017 to March 2021. Gina also gained experience at Vertex Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Compliance Specialist from February 2015 to January 2017 and as a Global Spend Transparency (GST) Specialist from July 2014 to February 2015. Before that, they worked at Boston Scientific as an Auditing & Monitoring Analyst II from December 2013 to July 2014 and as a Global Compliance Investigations Analyst from October 2011 to December 2013. Gina's earlier work experience includes a role as an Applications Specialist at MEDITECH from May 2010 to October 2011 and a position as a Public Relations Intern at WHDH-TV from June 2009 to August 2009.

Gina Dubois earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in Accounting from Assumption University, as they studied there from 2006 to 2010. Recently, they pursued further education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston University, which they completed between 2023 and 2025. Additionally, Gina obtained a Healthcare Compliance Certification from Seton Hall University School of Law in June 2019.
