Kelsey Brown

Kelsey Brown has extensive experience in program and alliance management as well as clinical trial coordination. Kelsey is currently working as the Director of Program & Alliance Management at Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director of Program Management at Neurogastrx, Inc. from December 2021 to May 2023.

Kelsey also worked at Vedanta Biosciences, Inc. where they held various roles including Program Manager from June 2020 to November 2021, Clinical Research Associate/Clinical Trial Manager from April 2019 to June 2020, and Clinical Trial Associate from March 2018 to March 2019. During their time at Vedanta Biosciences, they managed the close out of a healthy volunteer Phase I trial, supported start-up planning for a Phase II trial in C. difficile, and led translational medicine collaborations and sample collection for R&D drug candidates.

Before joining Vedanta Biosciences, Kelsey worked at Biogen as a Program Clinical Trial Coordinator/Clinical Trial Associate from July 2016 to March 2018. In this role, they supported therapeutic programs and ongoing studies, managed development team meetings, and contributed to the development and maintenance of program clinical development plans.

Prior to their industry experience, Kelsey worked as a Clinical Study Coordinator at The Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary from May 2015 to July 2016. In this role, they managed a diverse portfolio of phase I, II, and III trials, coordinating all study activities including start-up, patient recruitment, enrollment, follow-up, and closeout.

Kelsey Brown has a diverse education history. In 2003, they completed their high school degree at The Galloway School. Kelsey then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Pre-Medical at Wellesley College, which they completed in 2015. In the same year, Kelsey started attending the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with no specific degree or field of study mentioned.
