Kelsey Brown has extensive experience in program and alliance management as well as clinical trial coordination. Kelsey is currently working as the Director of Program & Alliance Management at Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director of Program Management at Neurogastrx, Inc. from December 2021 to May 2023.

Prior to their industry experience, Kelsey worked as a Clinical Study Coordinator at The Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary from May 2015 to July 2016. In this role, they managed a diverse portfolio of phase I, II, and III trials, coordinating all study activities including start-up, patient recruitment, enrollment, follow-up, and closeout.
