Jasmin Athwal

Jasmin Athwal has a range of experience in people development and learning and development roles. Jasmin most recently worked as the Director of People at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward starting in January 2019. Before that, they were the Head of People Development at Hyperoptic Ltd. from December 2017 to November 2018. Jasmin also held positions such as Learning & Development Manager Global at Cheetah Digital, Learning & Development Manager UK at Reed Exhibitions, and Learning & Development Manager EMEA at Johnson & Johnson. Jasmin has extensive experience in training and development, including roles such as Senior Business Skills Trainer Global at Chiltern International, Training & Development Officer UK at SITA UK, Safety Trainer UK at Transport for London, and Training Manager UK at BRITISH AIRWAYS ENGINEERING SERVICES LIMITED.

Jasmin Athwal completed their education in Business Administration at London South Bank University from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a BA (Hons) degree. Jasmin further pursued their education at Kingston University from 1999 to 2001, obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma (MCIPD) in Personnel Management. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including being a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England since May 2022. Jasmin is also an Insights Practitioner and has completed the Saville Wave Test User Levels A and B through Saville Assessment, a Willis Towers Watson Company. Furthermore, they completed the Thomas International PPA Practitioner certification from Thomas International.
