Jim Gilbert

IT Support Engineer at KFH

Jim Gilbert has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Jim most recently worked at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward as an IT Support Engineer. Prior to that, they were at Macmillan Cancer Support, where they worked as a Service Desk Technical Support. From 2003 to 2012, they worked as a Creative Artworker at Colourfast Design & Illustration. Jim also has experience as a Designer at Hackney Council, Design Manager at Luton Borough Council, Designer at London Borough of Merton, and IT Technical Support at Hub+.

Jim Gilbert completed the ITIL Foundation course at QA IT Training in 2015. In 2012, they attended Just IT and completed the Network Professional Programme, specializing in Information Technology. From 1992 to 1994, Jim studied at Newcastle College of Art and earned an HND degree in Design and Advertising.
