Jason Wong

Jason Wong has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Jason started their career as a Lab Assistant at the University of California, where they identified and characterized small molecules involved in arterial plaque formation. Jason then worked as a QC Analytical Chemist at Synpep, focusing on the testing and analysis of peptides. Next, they joined Elan Pharmaceuticals as an Associate Scientist, responsible for laboratory activities supporting pre-clinical and clinical studies.

After that, they worked at Janssen as an Associate, managing GMP systems compliance and stability programs.

Jason then joined Onyx Pharmaceuticals as a Scientist II, where they collaborated with contract facilities to improve manufacturing processes and managed analytical support for drug substance release.

Following that, they worked at Plexxikon Inc. as an Associate Director of Quality Assurance, leading the quality group and providing strategic planning for quality programs.

Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Kinnate Biopharma Inc., where they support the development and management of a quality program for clinical studies. Jason is a quality representative on cross-functional teams and oversees the Quality Management System.

Jason Wong completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from UCLA between 1995 and 2000. Jason also pursued a Masters degree in Chemistry from UCLA, but the start and end years are unknown.
