Haley Gates

Haley Gates is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Kinneberg Management Group since January 2025. Prior to this role, Haley was the Head of Human Resources and Chief People Officer at STEELE BRANDS® from August 2021 to September 2024, and held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources at CRISP & GREEN® from June 2018 to September 2024. Earlier experience includes working in global talent acquisition at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from November 2015 to June 2018, as well as serving as Office Manager at Contemporary Services Corporation from August 2014 to November 2015. Haley began the career as an Operations Intern at Woodside Sports Complex in early 2014. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, obtained in 2014.
