Andrew Bondy

Andrew Bondy is a mechanical engineering professional with extensive experience in the mining and resource sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Mechanical Engineering at Kinross Gold Corporation since October 2023, Bondy previously held the position of Mechanical Discipline Lead at Ausenco from September 2020 to October 2023. Prior to that, Bondy worked at BBA as a Mechanical Engineer & Project Lead from March 2015 to September 2020, and at WorleyParsons as a Mechanical Engineer from March 2008 to March 2015. Notable projects include the Asset Integrity Register for Barrick Gold, the KAMI Iron Ore Project for Alderon, and the Kansanshi Smelter Project for FQM. Bondy began a career in engineering as a Mechanical Engineering Student (Co-op) at Xstrata Zinc in 2006. Bondy holds an Honours B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor, obtained in 2007.
