Project Superintendent at Kinross

Clint Connelley has over 18 years of experience in the mining industry, currently serving as Project Superintendent at Kinross Gold Corporation since August 2009. Key achievements include overseeing the construction of the Gil Mine and managing the contract mining of 26.5 million tons over 2.5 years. Previous roles at Kinross included Construction General Foreman, Drill and Blast General Foreman, Mine Engineer focusing on short-range planning, and Chief Surveyor/Arctic Heap Leach Planner, where responsibilities ranged from managing drilling and blasting operations to maintaining surveyed records and planning for heap leach facilities. Prior to Kinross, Clint worked at Coeur Mining, Inc. from October 2005 to May 2009, serving as Mine Engineer and Chief Surveyor, contributing to all aspects of mine engineering and overseeing the development of a significant tunnel at the Kensington Mine in Southeast Alaska.
