Lisa Chan has a diverse range of work experience in the field of occupational therapy. Lisa is currently working as an Occupational Therapist at Innovative Case Management (ICM), where they assess, treats, and assists clients with various impairments to help them achieve optimal functioning in their daily lives. Lisa also coordinates hospital discharges and organizes community rehabilitative services, as well as assesses home accessibility for clients' safety.

Prior to their current role, Lisa worked as a Content Creator at Kinspire, where they created Occupational Therapy activities for a start-up company, including designing unique videos, images, and written descriptors related to motor development and sensory processing.

In the past, Lisa was the Owner & Founder of Kids OT Hub, where they had a leadership role and was responsible for managing their own occupational therapy practice.

In addition to their formal education, Lisa holds a certification as an AED Provider and CPR-C, which they obtained from VHA Home HealthCare in September 2020.
