Anastasiya Bolkhovitinova is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Partner, Counsel, and Head of TMT at Kinstellar since June 2021. Prior to this role, Anastasiya held the position of Legal Director at DLA Piper from July 2005 to June 2021, and worked as an Associate at EY Law from 2004 to 2005. Anastasiya Bolkhovitinova earned a degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv between 1998 and 2004.

The creation of Kinstellar, in November 2008 from the Bratislava, Bucharest, Budapest and Prague offices of Linklaters, launched a new era in the legal world of Emerging Europe. Kinstellar currently has over 350 lawyers and designated lawyers with whom it cooperates as well as a wealth of professional support lawyers, who work in specialist practice areas to deliver the highest quality advice.
