Chanel Cuffey

Chanel Cuffey has extensive experience in human resources, starting with their role as a Recruiter/Instructor/Student Relations at Barbizon School from 1998 to 2008. Chanel then worked at Genesis HealthCare from 2007 to 2015, where they served as a Scheduling Manager from 2007 to 2009, and later as a Human Resource Manager. In these positions, they managed day-to-day operations, provided coaching to managers and supervisors, and led recruitment efforts. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at The Kintock Group since January 2015. In this role, Chanel oversees all HR functions, including managing a team, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Chanel Cuffey completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at Rosemont College from 2005 to 2009. Chanel then pursued further education at Villanova University, where they obtained a Master Certification in Human Resources from 2009 to 2010. Finally, they completed their Master's Degree in Human Resources Development at Villanova University from 2012 to 2020.
