Maria Mocciola

Maria Mocciola has work experience in various roles and responsibilities. Maria is currently the Director and Head of Human Resource Operations at WorldQuant, where they oversee the global operations of the HR department and partners with senior management on strategic initiatives. Previously, they worked at Bridgewater Associates, where they served as a Senior Manager and strategic business partner for the Dalio Family Office and Philanthropies. Maria also held roles as a Manager of People Operations for the Board of Directors, Chief of Staff for the Board of Directors, and Executive Assistant. Prior to Bridgewater Associates, Maria worked as an Insurance Agent at Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Maria Mocciola attended the University of New Haven from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Sports Management.
