Kelly Minton

Kelly Minton has a diverse work experience in the field of systems engineering. Kelly started their career in 1995 at Rockwell Collins, where they held the position of Senior Systems Engineer. During their time there, they gained extensive leadership experience and worked on various engineering, software development, and systems integration projects. Kelly also served as an instructor for DOD programs. In 2015, Kelly joined Kinze Manufacturing, Inc. as the Lead Systems Engineer, before moving on to their current role as Sr. Systems Engineer at Collins Aerospace in 2018.

Kelly Minton's education history starts in 1990 when they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Avionics Systems Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering at Iowa State University from 1996 to 2004. In 2013, Kelly completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in International Business at the Florida Institute of Technology. In 2015 and 2016, they participated in the Catholic University of Louvain - XSeries Program Course - MOOC through edX, focusing on Marketing.
