Fabricio Lopez

Fabricio Lopez has a solid work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Fabricio currently holds the position of Director de Operaciones Cybersecurity at KIO since August 2023. Before that, they were the Subdirector Cyber Threat Intelligence at the same company from November 2020 to August 2023. Prior to KIO, Fabricio worked at KIO Cyber Security, where they held various roles such as Subdirector Security Operation Center, Subdirector Security Solutions, Pre Sales Manager, Technology Manager, Operation Services Coordinator, Project Leader, and Senior Consultant from 2011 to 2020. Fabricio started their career at Lightech as a Security Specialist and Analista de Seguridad from 2008 to 2011. Fabricio also worked as a Sales Engineer at Multibyte Consultoría from 2007 to 2008.

Fabricio Lopez holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Governance from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Fabricio also completed a Speciality in Information Security at the same university from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer degree in Network, Security, and Database from the Universidad Tecnológica de México from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Fabricio has obtained several certifications in various areas such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity operations, network security, and encryption.
