Camila Almeida

Camila Almeida serves as the HR and Sustainability Director for KION Group in South America since December 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources and sustainability roles. Prior to this position, Camila held the title of Director of People, Corporate University (UniAzul), and Sustainability at Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras from April 2019 to November 2023. Previous experience includes significant HR leadership roles at Omnicom from December 2014 to 2019, MILPLAN ENGENHARIA S/A from December 2010 to December 2014, and Grupo Seculus from September 2008 to November 2010. Camila began the career as a Trainee HR at ALL - América Latina Logística and progressed to HR Manager at Leão Alimentos e Bebidas (Coca-Cola Company). Academically, Camila holds a PDD from Fundação Dom Cabral, degrees in Engenharia de Controle e Automação and a Bachelor's in Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, along with technical credentials from COLTEC UFMG.
