Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Norseman since June 2018, Serena previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at both Magna IV Engineering and Acklands-Grainger. Prior experience includes a significant role as Senior Human Resources Manager for Western Canada at DATA Communications Management, alongside responsibilities as an Account Manager at Ceridian Canada Ltd., focusing on customer support and payroll troubleshooting. Serena began a career in HR as a Recruiter and Assistant Operations Manager at Todays Staffing, managing full-cycle recruiting and client relationships. Educational qualifications were obtained from the University of Manitoba between 2003 and 2006.
