Casper Mørck

Casper Mørck is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Global Head of Learning at KION Group since August 2024 and as an Advisory Board Member for Corporate Learning Network since January 2023. Previously, Mørck held leadership roles at Dematic as the Global Head of L&D and Organizational Change, and at JELD-WEN, Inc. as the Director of Global Learning & Development. Mørck's career also includes significant positions at Siemens, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Learning Technology & Digitalization to Manager of Learning Technology for the Americas. Prior to Siemens, Mørck contributed to Vestas Wind Systems as a Global Induction Specialist and served as a Branch & Project Manager at Adecco. Mørck holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Roskilde University.
