Elena Thal

Elena Thal currently serves as the Senior Manager of Business Analysis HR Solutions at KION Group since June 2022, following a role as HR Business Partner at Dematic from January 2019 to June 2022. Previously, Elena held multiple positions at KION Group, including Manager of HR at KION HQ and Financial Services, as well as HR Specialist in the CTO Organization. Additional experience includes freelancing as a Product Consultant and Team Leader at MVS Andrea Banusch, and an HR internship at SCHOTT AG focused on global HR projects. Elena holds a Master of Arts in Sociology with a focus on Society and Economy from Goethe University Frankfurt and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Justus Liebig University Giessen.
