Graciela Perez Caballero has a diverse work experience in process improvement and transformation roles. Graciela has worked as a Director of PMO Business Transformation at KION Group since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Gobeyond Partners as a Senior Consultant in Transformation and Change Management from 2017 to 2023. In this role, they led various projects in insurance, wealth management, and financial services firms, demonstrating their expertise in process redesign, automation, and continuous improvement.
