Peter Roth

Peter Roth serves as General Counsel and Operations Lead at Kiosk since May 2024, overseeing legal, compliance, finance, HR, and operational matters. Roth has been a Charter Member of TechGC since 2019, fostering a collaborative environment for General Counsels. Prior roles include General Counsel at Mirror (2022-2024) and General Counsel and Head of Finance at Props Project (2021-2022), where Roth managed legal and operational aspects in the cryptocurrency sector. Roth held the position of Head of Legal at Clarifai (2019-2020), was a Senior Associate at WilmerHale (2016-2019), and worked as a Corporate Associate at Gunderson Dettmer (2014-2016). Earlier experience includes a Finance and Bankruptcy Associate role at Kaye Scholer LLP (2012-2014) and a Legal Intern position at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (2010). Roth earned a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a BA in Journalism from New York University.
