Jeremy Johnson

Jeremy Johnson is a dedicated music educator and professional musician with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Berklee College of Music. Currently serving as a member of ForbesBLK and an Elementary Music Teacher at KIPP Chicago, Jeremy actively contributes to creating equitable economies and fostering connections among leaders of color. With extensive experience as a Band Director in various educational institutions, including Clayton County Public Schools and Savannah-Chatham County Public School System, Jeremy has demonstrated a strong commitment to music education. Additionally, Jeremy has worked as a professional musician since 2000 and has collaborated with renowned artists during academic pursuits, grounding a rich musical foundation in jazz from early life in Savannah, GA.
