TyReese Foreman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. TyReese most recently served as the Managing Director of Human Resources at KIPP Chicago since July 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at the same company from August 2020 to July 2022.

Before joining KIPP Chicago, TyReese founded Pocket Advocate, a legal information and service platform, in January 2016. TyReese provided content, information, and virtual consultation on justicial topics for low-income and socially-vulnerable individuals and groups.

From December 2018 to August 2020, TyReese worked as a Compensation & Performance Analyst at the University of Chicago. TyReese also served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at the university from December 2017 to November 2018.

TyReese began their career at Teach For America, where they worked as a Professional Recruitment Manager from July 2014 to January 2016. TyReese also served as a Talent Consultant at a nonprofit organization from August 2012 to May 2014.

TyReese Foreman attended Brown University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies. TyReese then pursued further education at Northwestern University from 2008 to 2011, earning a Juris Doctor degree.
