Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at KIPP Chicago is responsible for driving the strategic direction and overall management of the charter school network. They ensure the provision of high-quality education and long-term success for students by overseeing key areas such as academic leadership, multilingual learner services, innovation and development, finance, data analytics, human resources, and community impact. This team collaborates to maintain operational excellence and execute initiatives that enhance educational outcomes and community engagement on Chicago's South Side and West Side.
