Jenny Fleischman serves as the Director of Development at KIPP Colorado Schools, having progressed through various roles including Interim Director and Development Manager since April 2019. Prior experience includes Development Manager at KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools from February 2016 to April 2019, where responsibilities focused on foundation and corporate research, individual giving management, and grant writing. Prior to this, Jenny held the position of Education & Membership Coordinator at Southeastern Horticultural Society, facilitating donor relations and educational program partnerships. Educational qualifications consist of a BA and MA in Art History from Georgia State University, alongside several certifications in non-profit management and ethnic studies.

KIPP Colorado Schools is a local network of free, college-preparatory public charter schools whose mission is to equip our students with the academic skills and character strengths necessary to succeed in college and the competitive world beyond. Since opening our first school in Southwest Denver in 2002, KIPP Colorado has grown to operate five schools in some of Denver's most underserved neighborhoods.
