Naomi Lopez

Naomi Lopez, MPA has a diverse work experience. Naomi has recently worked at KIPP Colorado Public Schools, starting in 2023. Naomi held the positions of Senior Director of Recruitment and Director of Recruitment. Prior to this, they worked at DSST Public Schools as a Talent Acquisition Consultant from March to May 2023. Before that, they served as the Growth Recruitment Manager at Turing School of Software & Design from July 2022 to March 2023. Naomi also worked as the Director of Talent at University Preparatory Schools from January 2015 to July 2022. Naomi gained experience as a Network Associate at The Achievement Network from July 2014 to January 2015, and as a Manager of Talent & Authorizer Relations at Rocky Mountain Prep from April 2012 to January 2014. Naomi began their career as a Council Aide to Robin Kniech at Denver City Council from July 2011 to March 2012 and as a Constituent Advocate at the Office of U.S Senator Michael Bennet from March 2010 to October 2011. Earlier roles include Program Assistant at Colorado Community Managed Care Network from June 2008 to March 2010 and Legislative Aide at the Colorado State Senate from January 2008 to May 2008.

Naomi Lopez, MPA, earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2005. Naomi later obtained a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Local Government from the University of Colorado Denver, graduating in 2009.
