Adam Daniels

Adam Daniels currently serves as the Chief People Officer at KIPP Columbus since May 2024. Prior to this role, Adam held the position of Vice President of People Operations at MoneyLion from October 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included leading a team in managing the employee lifecycle and directing global initiatives during significant company transitions. Adam also served as the Human Resources Director for the College of Education and Human Ecology at The Ohio State University from 2016 to 2019, and as a Senior Campus Recruiter at BNY Mellon and DayNine Consulting. Adam began a career in human resources at The Ohio State University, progressing through various roles, including Talent Acquisition Consultant and HR Service Representative. Educational achievements include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
