Adrianne M. Patterson, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in human resources, spanning over different industries and roles. Adrianne is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at KIPP Columbus since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at the same company from March 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining KIPP Columbus, Adrianne worked as the Human Resources Director at Franklin County Municipal Court from January 2018 to March 2021. Adrianne also served as a Human Resources Generalist at Ohio Dominican University from October 2015 to January 2018.

Adrianne gained valuable experience as a Benefits Administrator at Donatos from August 2012 to January 2015, where they handled various responsibilities related to benefits administration, Workers Compensation, recruiting, and employee relations.

Adrianne'searlier career also includes the role of Human Resources Generalist at Karlsberger from March 2008 to December 2010, and Human Resources Assistant at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP from May 2005 to April 2008.

With their extensive experience in human resources and a strong educational background, Adrianne brings a wealth of expertise and skills to their current role as the Senior Director of Human Resources at KIPP Columbus.

Adrianne M. Patterson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, which they obtained in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications from The Ohio State University between 1996 and 2000. In addition to their academic achievements, Adrianne also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in August 2016.
