Rashaand Sass

Rashaand Sass joined KIPP DC in June 2014 as a founding 5th grade math teacher and is currently the principal at KIPP DC KEY Academy. Rashaand is a native of Buffalo, New York and obtained a degree in politics from Ithaca College. Prior to joining KIPP DC, Rashaand began his teaching career in special education teacher with another local charter network. When Rashaand isn’t working, he can be can be found rooting for the Buffalo Bills or hanging out with his son Otto and dog Bix.
