Tiffiney Jahn

Tiffiney Jahn is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in continuous improvement across five industries in manufacturing. As the Business Owner of Estrella Results Coaching since April 2022, Tiffiney combines expertise as a chemical engineer, certified lean six sigma black belt, certified SCRUM master, and certified life coach to assist decision-makers in enhancing business profitability through mindset transformation. Previously, Tiffiney has contributed as a coach at Collective Brains, a Continuous Improvement and Agile Coach at INEOS, and a Continuous Improvement Coach at BP, among other roles. Tiffiney holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Chemistry from Tuskegee University.
