With extensive experience in operations and engineering, Genard has worked at Technicolor and CEVA Logistics, leading various departments and initiatives focused on efficiency and compliance. An educational background includes a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Xavier University of Louisiana.
