Jillian Cleveland Dennis

Jillian Cleveland Dennis is an experienced education professional currently serving as Lead Academic Advisor and College Counselor at KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools since July 2018, where responsibilities include guiding students through college readiness, managing a caseload of 11th and 12th graders, and enhancing financial literacy for college funding. Prior to this, Jillian worked as Regional Recruitment Manager at The Ohio State University from January 2013 to July 2018, implementing strategic recruitment activities and establishing relationships with high schools to promote higher education opportunities. Jillian also held the position of Regional Recruitment Coordinator at Columbus State University from September 2006 to January 2013, where responsibilities included coordinating recruitment events, counseling prospective students, and overseeing recruitment strategies. Jillian holds a Master’s degree in Journalism with a Public Relations concentration from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Columbus State University.
