John Rajeski

Director Of Teacher Residency at KIPP Metro Atlanta

John Rajeski has a diverse range of work experience in the education field. John started their career in 2001 as a Teacher with Teach For America. From 2003 to 2009, they worked at KIPP NYC, first as a Founding ELA Teacher and then as a Co-Principal. John then joined KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools in 2009, where they held multiple roles, including Founding ELA Teacher, Director of Teacher Effectiveness, and Regional Director of Literacy. In 2017, they moved to the KIPP Foundation as KIPP Wheatley Achievement Director. Their most recent role is Director of Teacher Residency at KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools, which they started in 2019.

John Rajeski has attended Columbia University for the Teachers’ College Writing Workshop Program. John has also pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Teaching from Pace University. Furthermore, John has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications Marketing from Syracuse University.
