Denise Castillo Chavez

Denise Castillo Chavez has a diverse work experience. Denise started their career at Santa Clara University in 2014 as an Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions, where they worked until July 2019. In July 2019, Denise joined KIPP Public Schools Northern California as a College Persistence Advisor until July 2021. From August 2021 to February 2023, they served as the Community & Culture Manager at KIPP Public Schools. Currently, Denise holds the position of Associate Director of People Initiatives at KIPP Public Schools, starting in January 2023.

Denise Castillo Chavez pursued their education at Santa Clara University from 2010 to 2014, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Ethnic Studies.
