Jackie Lagomarsino

Jackie Lagomarsino, PHR has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 25 years. Currently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources at KIPP Public Schools Northern California. Prior to this role, they held the same position at French American International School from 2019 to 2021.

From 2016 to 2019, Jackie was the Senior Director of Human Resources at Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco, where they provided agency-wide leadership and oversaw the HR functions, including employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and compliance. Before that, they served as the HR Director at A Better Way, Inc. from 2011 to 2016, collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team on workforce development, diversity and inclusion, and HR policies and protocols.

Their earlier professional experiences include roles as the Human Resources Manager/Controller at Medallion Distributing (2010-2011), Bay Foam/Western Wall Systems (2008-2010), and Archuleta and Associates (2006-2008). Jackie also worked as the Human Resources Manager/Controller at Bassi, Martini, Edlin and Blum from 2003 to 2006.

Jackie began their career as the Human Resources & Accounting Manager at Associated Business Solutions, where they worked from 1995 to 2002. Throughout their career, Jackie has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of HR, including employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and talent management.

Jackie Lagomarsino, PHR, completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Accounting from the University of Phoenix from 1999 to 2003. Jackie also obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2012.
