Faith Carter

Professional Development & Events Coordinator at KIPP Philadelphia Schools

Faith Carter serves as the Professional Development and Events Coordinator at KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools, where she coordinates and manages events of varying sizes and capacities across KPPS. Faith has been with KIPP in many capacities; she has the unique experience of being a KIPPster at KPCS ’12 and KDCA ’16 and is now a proud alum.

Before joining KPPS, Faith worked for Penn Libraries as a Library Liaison, supporting the development and maintenance of many Philadelphia Public School libraries, including but not limited to Lea Elementary School, West Philly High School, and Mastbaum High School. Faith graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Africana Studies. She later joined Germantown Friends School in their Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as an Administrative Coordinator. Faith is always looking for ways to give back to the communities that served her by supporting and advocating for educational equity and diversity.
