Victoria Johnson

Victoria Johnson is the Human Resources Manager for the KIPP Philadelphia Regional Office. Before joining KIPP, Victoria worked as a Human Resource Coordinator, and Branch Manager in healthcare focused on homecare and behavioral health services in the Philadelphia area. Victoria is involved in all things HR and serves as a resource for employees to support them in everything from benefits to onboarding. Victoria got her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
