Emily Harrison

Emily-Ann Harrison is an experienced education professional specializing in continuous improvement and college readiness initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Postsecondary Continuous Improvement at KIPP Foundation, Emily-Ann manages a Gates Foundation-funded pilot program that utilizes AI-enabled advising for KIPP graduates in college. Previous roles include Project Manager for Continuous Improvement at Seattle Public Schools, where strategic development of high school graduation and college readiness initiatives was led, and Project Coordinator for College and Career Readiness at the NYC Department of Education, overseeing enrollment projections for a vast number of community schools. Additionally, Emily-Ann has held positions at ExpandED Schools, New York University, NYU Stern School of Business, American Booksellers Association, and served as an Education Volunteer with the US Peace Corps in Lesotho.
