Helen Chan has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Helen currently serves as the Vice President of Talent at KIPP Foundation, where they have successfully built and hired a proactive and equity-driven Talent Acquisitions Function. Helen has also implemented a new onboarding program with high user satisfaction.

Prior to their current role, Helen worked at Teach For America, where they held multiple leadership positions. As the Senior Managing Director of Talent Acquisitions and Innovations Strategy, they led a team to fill hundreds of positions across the nation and achieved record-breaking recruitment metrics. Helen also served as the Managing Director of Diversity Recruitment & Leads Acquisitions, where they provided consulting and capacity to recruitment teams nationwide. Helen has a strong background in strategy, DEI, and people management.

Earlier in their career, Helen worked at Corporate Executive Board as a Senior Analyst and at World Links as a Business Development Associate & China Program Officer. At World Links, they coordinated training programs for schools and teachers in China and Jordan.
