Lanolia Omowanile

LaNolia Omowanile is an accomplished education leader currently serving as Vice President at KIPP Foundation since May 2021, following roles as Senior Director of Talent Strategy & School Leadership Development and Director of Talent & Leader Development. Prior to KIPP, LaNolia held the position of Vice President of Schools at IDEA Public Schools from July 2017 to May 2021 and served as Director of Academics (Chief Academic Officer) at Brooklyn Prospect Charter School from July 2008 to June 2017. Educational background includes a Principal Manager Fellowship in Urban Education and Leadership from Relay Graduate School of Education (2016-2017), a Master’s degree in Urban Education and Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University (2006-2008), and a Bachelor’s degree in Science Education from Oral Roberts University.
