Wanda Vazquez

Wanda Vazquez has extensive experience in the field of equity and education. Wanda is currently serving as the Senior Director of Equity Programming & Design at the KIPP Foundation since January 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Executive Director of Educational Equity and Transformation at the Office of Equity and Access NYCDOE from March 2021 to January 2022. Wanda also held the position of Senior Director for Race and Equity at the Office of Equity and Access from August 2019 to March 2021. Before joining the Office of Equity and Access, they were the Principal at El Puente Academy from July 2011 to March 2021. Additionally, they worked as a New Principal Coach at the NYCDOE Office of Leadership from July 2018 to July 2019.
