Adriana Rodriguez has extensive experience in the education sector, particularly with KIPP SoCal Public Schools. Adriana began their career in 2009 as a Teacher at KIPP Raices Academy, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Dean at the same academy, staying until 2014. Since 2014, Adriana has been at KIPP SoCal Public Schools, starting as a School Leader and later transitioning to the role of Director of Leadership Development in December 2021.
Adriana Rodriguez pursued their education in a chronological order, beginning in 2004 when they attended UCLA. Adriana earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History in 2007. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, they attended Loyola Marymount University and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Elementary Education. Finally, they completed an Administrative Credential program at Loyola Marymount University from 2009 to 2011.
