Cassandra Halko

Cassandra Halko has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cassandra is currently employed as an Art and Special Education Teacher at KIPP SoCal Public Schools since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Teacher at Success Academy Charter Schools from August 2020 to July 2021. Cassandra also pursued their studies at New York University, where they served as a Graduate Student from September 2018 to September 2020.

Before their academic pursuits, Cassandra gained experience in the hospitality industry, working at Del Fuego Restaurant as a Server, Trainer, and Manager from June 2013 to January 2020. Cassandra also held the role of a Marketing Intern at WSP USA from October 2018 to April 2019 and worked as a Social Media Manager at Tropical Rush Surf Co from January 2018 to June 2018. Additionally, they have experience as an Assistant Account Executive at Development Counsellors International from October 2016 to May 2017 and at Tractenberg & Co. from March 2016 to October 2016.

Cassandra's earlier experiences include working as a Destination Marketing Intern at Development Counsellors International from June 2015 to September 2015 and as a Postal Clerk at Loyola University Maryland from January 2013 to September 2014. Cassandra Halko's education history includes a Master of Arts degree in Art Teacher Education from New York University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Loyola University Maryland, which they completed from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, in 2014, they attended Monash University for a short period to study Communication, General, but did not obtain a specific degree from that institution.
