Kassandra Celis has diverse work experience in various roles. Kassandra started their career as a Sales Associate at Popcornopolis from July 2016 to February 2018, where they implemented company initiatives and provided excellent customer service. From August 2016 to May 2019, they worked as a Jumpstart Corpsmember, implementing early childhood curriculum and promoting children's language and literacy skills. Kassandra also participated in an award-winning network of volunteers.

From October 2015 to May 2019, Kassandra worked at Sodexo as a Catering Administrator Assistant and Banquet Server. Their responsibilities included organizing and providing professional catering experiences, as well as handling administrative procedures and addressing client needs.

In July 2018, they interned at INNERCITY STRUGGLE as a Movement Building and Leadership Development Intern, where they assisted in developing curriculum and logistical support for an Organizing and Leadership Development Academy. Kassandra also collaborated with staff to innovate outreach strategies.

From August 2019 to February 2020, Kassandra worked as a Teachers Aide at The Help Group, supporting high school students with special needs. Their duties included supervising activities, working with small groups and individuals, and reinforcing learning objectives.

Currently, they are serving as a Special Education Assistant at KIPP SoCal Public Schools since February 2020.

Kassandra Celis completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice, Community, and Leadership from Saint Mary's College of California, which they pursued from 2015 to 2019. In 2018, they also attended Deakin University for a brief period and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Ethnic, Cultural Minority, Gender, and Group Studies. Additionally, they briefly attended Universidad Internacional in 2019, although no specific degree or field of study information is provided.
