Kayla Faust

Kayla Faust has a diverse work experience, with a focus on education and student support. Kayla began their career at City Year in 2009, where they served as a Corps Member, a Team Leader, and eventually as a Diplomas Now Program Manager until 2015. In 2016, they joined the Boston Private Industry Council as a Dropout Recovery Specialist. In 2017, they transitioned to KIPP SoCal Public Schools as a School Business Operation Manager, a role they held until 2022. During their time at KIPP SoCal, they also served as the Founding School Business Operations Manager and most recently as the Associate Director of Student Recruitment & Enrollment, a position they currently hold.

Kayla Faust holds a Master's Degree in Critical & Creative Thinking, which they obtained from UMass Boston from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology and Spanish at the College of Charleston between 2004 and 2009.
