Leslie Pineda Mba

Leslie Pineda, MBA, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources and management. From 2022 to the present, they have been serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources at KIPP SoCal Public Schools. Prior to this role, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at the same organization from 2018 to 2021.

Before joining KIPP SoCal Public Schools, Leslie held the position of Sr HR & Payroll Manager at Veggie Grill, Inc. from 2014 to 2018.

Earlier in their career, Leslie worked at HDOS Enterprises in various roles. Leslie served as an HR & Payroll Assistant from 2012 to 2014, a Store Manager from 2003 to 2012, a Human Resources Intern from 2012 to 2012, and a Catering Coordinator from 2009 to 2012.

Leslie's career in human resources began at Starbucks, where they worked as a Barista from 2002 to 2004.

Leslie Pineda, MBA, SPHR, completed a Master of Business degree with a focus on Global Business from the University of Redlands from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Administration from California State University-San Bernardino, which was obtained between 2002 and 2007. Additionally, Leslie obtained a certification in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in April 2021.
