Nicole Ralph-Forton

Nicole Ralph-Forton has extensive work experience in education, starting in 2011 with Teach For America where they worked as a Corps Member. Nicole then joined the LEARN Charter School Network as a Second Grade Teacher, where they developed and implemented curriculum and classroom management systems. From 2013 to 2015, Nicole worked at Amana Academy Charter School as a Teacher for 2nd and 3rd grade, focusing on data-driven instruction and collaboration with ESL and special education teachers. Their most recent role was at KIPP LA Schools, where they worked as a Teacher, focusing on the implementation of Common Core standards and collaborating with special education teachers. Prior to their career in education, Nicole was an Assistant at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine and an Arbitrator Assistant at Wolfson Law Office.

Nicole Ralph-Forton began their education at the University of Miami, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International/Global Studies, with a focus on Chemistry and Environmental Science. Nicole successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2010. Following this, Nicole went on to attend Dominican University from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Masters of Arts in Teaching with a specialization in Elementary Education and Teaching.
