Michael Misantone

Michael Misantone has extensive work experience in the finance and investment banking industry. Michael started their career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs in 1996 and worked there until 1998. Michael then joined Quarterdeck Investment Partners as an Analyst in 1998. In 2001, they joined Credit Suisse First Boston as an Associate. From 2002 to 2006, they worked at Jefferies & Company as a Vice President in their Jefferies Quarterdeck division. Following that, they joined Wachovia Securities as a Vice President in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Currently, they are the Managing Director at KippsDeSanto & Co., where they provide M&A and corporate finance advisory and execution services for aerospace, defense, space, homeland security, and government services firms.

Michael Misantone obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Spanish from the University of Virginia, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. Later, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Furthermore, they hold certifications in General Securities Registered Representative and Principal (Series 7, 24, 63, 79) from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
