Jessica Chase has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Jessica is currently the VP Support at Kipu Health since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Avea Solutions from October 2019 to October 2021, where they were the VP Customer Experience from March 2020 to October 2021, and the Director of Customer Experience from October 2019 to March 2020.
Before Avea Solutions, Jessica worked at inDinero from December 2017 to September 2019. During their tenure at inDinero, they held multiple roles including Director of Client Experience from December 2018 to September 2019, Client Experience Manager from October 2017 to December 2018, and Product Manager from April 2017 to September 2017.
Prior to that, Jessica served as the VP of Client Services at Evosus Software from 2014 to 2017. Jessica was responsible for managing projects and staff throughout the client lifecycle, including pre-sales, implementation, and support.
Their earlier experiences include roles as Support Manager at Evosus, Inc. from 2007 to 2014, Office Manager at Lifetime Fence Co. from 2004 to 2007, and Teaching Assistant at Fingerprints Children's Center from 2002 to 2004.
Jessica Chase attended Portland State University from 2009 to 2012, where they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Social Sciences with a minor in Women's Studies. Prior to that, they graduated from Colton High School in 2002, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on Drama. Additionally, in August 2022, Jessica obtained a Product-led Certification from Pendo.io.
