Melanie Ballyk

Melanie Ballyk is currently working as the Director of Product at Kira Talent since December 2013. Prior to this role, Melanie has held various positions in the company such as Product Manager, Senior Client Success Manager, Client Success Manager, Account Executive, and Product Support Coordinator. Before joining Kira Talent, Melanie worked as a Marketing Coordinator (Co-op) at Rx Canada Inc. and as an Aquatic Supervisor at the City of Mississauga. Melanie also has experience as a Head Lifeguard at YLCC and as a Lifeguard & Swim Instructor at the City of Mississauga. Melanie holds a Master of Management of Innovation (MMI) from BrainStation, a degree in Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Life Sciences from Queen's University, and Melanie attended the University of Toronto from 2012 to 2013.
