Alcide Brouillard has a strong and extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Alcide started their career in the US Army, serving for 22 years and working their way up to the position of Battalion Standardization Officer and Senior helicopter flight instructor. After their military service, they joined the Army Civilian Service as an IT & Telecom Manager, where they managed the organization's automation data processing equipment and supervised a helpdesk team.

Brouillard then moved on to work at MicroTech, where they held multiple roles including Vice President of Technology and Network Solutions.
